After a red eye coming back from the west coast, I checked in to the Mondrian Park Avenue for a quick recharge and staycation. As you might know, we moved from Manhattan to Brooklyn a few months ago, and as much as I enjoy having more space in Brooklyn, I often miss the hustle + bustle of being in the heart of the city! The hotel is perfectly located in the NoMad area of midtown Manhattan – an easy walk to tons of restaurants and shops as well as close to both Madison Square Park and Bryant Park.
Upon checkin, I was treated to bottled water in some of my own earthenware bowls, a HUGE comfy bed, and an assortment of toys and snacks including a bone 4 times the size of my head! The hotel also provided a cheese plate, macarons, and other yummy snacks for my humans to enjoy.

Our Balcony Suite include both stunning design and stunning views of the city. Whether I was relaxing on the couch next to the exquisitely stocked bar cart, or extending the TV out of its hidden cabinet and lounging in bed while catching up on The Bachelor Winter Games, the Mondrian Park Avenue felt like a luxurious oasis in the middle of the city.

My humans enjoyed Mediterranean fare from Cleo including a safron chicken tagines served in hand painted tagines from Morocco. I snuck a piece of tandoori chicken and it was excellent! We also had a few cocktails in the 15th floor lounge (so good!) and ordered a delish room service breakfast before checking out.

With the luxury and location, the Mondrian Park Avenue is a fantastic home base for your New York City vacation or a centrally location spot to staycation!
